Bring on the long weekend…

I think most will agree with me that this week has been the longest week ever!  Work has been manic that I have managed to get to the gym three times so far this week…  taking a couple days off in the middle of the week was a good idea, too tired and not motivated to train at all.   But you get that, onwards and upwards.  Monday was a good day, did pump and combat.. what a powerful double.. slept well and took Tuesday as my off day.. Wednesday was just a horrid day.  NO training and enjoyed a great training day on Thursday, firstly boxing with Sera and then bodyjam after work withthe fabulous jam crew!   Today is Friday and I am excited for the long weekend.  I am swimming after work tonight and then training back/biceps with Justin tomorow before bodyjam  and then my fav class of the week,  balance on Sunday morning!  Bliss.
