Yay cracked the 2000 calories today…

Made a big batch of homemade ‘fried’ rice with chicken, egg, bamboo shoots, lots of veggies, brown rice, onion, garlic nom nom nom… will get 3 large serves out of it which is 400calories, 12g fat (eggs, chicken, olive oil) 34 g protein and 35g carbs!!

So today….  2030 out of your net daily budget of 1800 calories and have -230 calories remaining. 33% of the calories are from fat, 35% from protein, 31% from carbs and 0% from alcohol.

Great boxing session with Sera this morning and wil do the fitness challenge tonight and some HIIT training! With my NEW heart rate monitor watch!  Yeah
