Saturday nutrition….

Have made protein sludge for the first time today and am very excited to try it.    I need to bump up calories.  This is soo yummbo.. 2 scoops chocolate whey powder, two tablespoons natural peanut butter and some frozen mixed berries.. mix together with water to get a good consistency and then put in freezer for 10mins. It is like a great chocolate treat…. mmm mmmm.

Delicious high protein snack... great fats!

    Donna, I’m sure it’s good for you and sounds yummy but it looks terrible! Don’t think I’ll try that one ;-P
